Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Job Description
- Represent the company in quality-related activities with government regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.
- Oversee production quality management; review irregularities that pose risks of product quality degradation during production.
- Establish quality standards for production processes to ensure consistent and continuous product quality.
- Participate in supplier quality assessments and regularly evaluate supplier performance and quality during production collaboration.
- Analyze and assess product quality issues to coordinate with the Production Department in devising solutions to improve quality and eliminate defects.
- Develop product testing procedures and assess product reliability during new product development and periodic production stages.
- Plan and conduct periodic or ad hoc audits of Quality Management System processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Review and propose awareness or skill training programs related to the Quality Management System and other relevant topics.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Electrical & Electronics, or Manufacturing Technology.
- Work experience: 03 years in quality management or production management in a manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of industrial production activities and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in quality management tools; analysis, statistical, and data reporting tools.
- Trained in Quality Management Systems (QMS), with certifications in Internal Auditing and other relevant quality management credentials.
- Familiarity with product compliance and certification processes for commercial goods.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Planning and work reporting skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and job-related software.
- Persuasion, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Personal attributes:
