The information about the warranty policy below will help you understand the benefits you are entitled to when purchasing GCool products.
The warranty policy applies to consumers as follows:

The Copter product line is warranted for 24 months and the engine is warranted for 3 years from the date of manufacture.
- Other product lines are warranted for 36 months and the engine is warranted for 10 years from the date of manufacture.

Warranty cases
The fan does not operate or does not operate according to the manufacturer’s standards.

Warranty conditions
Applies to all products assembled, manufactured and officially distributed by GCool Joint Stock Company in the Vietnamese market under the following conditions:
- The product has a technical defect determined to have arisen during the manufacturing process and within 03 years from the date of manufacture.
- The seal on the product is intact, not torn or erased.
- The product is not damaged or deformed by external factors.
- The product does not show any signs of third-party intervention (external repair).
- The product is used under standard conditions for electrical equipment, not affected by the environment (water seepage, corrosive chemicals, heat causing deformation, natural disasters, fire, lightning, etc.).
- Note: Warranty does not apply to plastic parts.

- The coil burns due to overheating.

Warranty conditions
Applies to all products assembled, manufactured and officially distributed by GCool Joint Stock Company in the Vietnamese market under the following conditions:
- The product has a technical defect determined to have arisen during the manufacturing process and within 10 years from the date of manufacture.
- The seal on the product is intact, not torn or erased.
- The product is not damaged or deformed by external factors.
- The product does not show any signs of third-party intervention (external repair).
- The product is used under standard conditions for electrical equipment, not affected by the environment (water seepage, corrosive chemicals, heat causing deformation, natural disasters, fire, lightning, etc.).
III. Warranty scope
GCool applies the warranty method in 2 cases:
- For simple cases: The technical team will directly advise and support customers to handle the problem over the phone.
- For cases that the Customer cannot handle on their own:
– Customers with addresses in Hanoi and neighboring provinces within 50km from the head office (No. 158/2 Hong Mai Street, Quynh Loi Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) will be warranted at home.
– Customers in other Provinces/Cities apply for warranty at the point of sale or send to the Warranty Center in Hanoi.
IV. Repair
- Products that have exceeded the 1-for-1 exchange period but are still within 2 – 3 years for fans, 3 – 10 years for motors from the date of purchase (depending on the type of Product);
- Applicable to fans that do not operate or do not operate according to the manufacturer’s standards;
- Applicable to motors that do not rotate or vibrate: make loud, unpleasant noises or burn coils due to overheating;
- The product has an intact seal, is not torn, lost or altered.
V. Cases not covered by warranty
In addition to understanding the cases that apply to the warranty, customers need to know the exceptions and cases that are not covered by the warranty such as:
- The product is damaged due to transportation, installation or use errors not following the instructions of the Distributor or the buyer;
- The control battery, lights and plastic parts are not covered by warranty.
