1) SHIPPING COST

2) SHIPPING TIME

HANOI AREA

  • Within 1 to 2 working days: applied in districts: Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai.
  • Within 2 to 3 working days: applied in districts: Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem, Long Bien, Ha Dong, Ba Vi, Chuong My, Dan Phuong, Dong Anh, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Me Linh, My Duc, Phuc Tho, Phu Xuyen, Quoc Oai, Soc Son, Thach That, Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Ung Hoa, Son Tay.

  • Within 3 – 7 working days depending on delivery location.

3) PRODUCT SHIPPING AND RECEIVING PROCESS

  • The buyer receives a call to confirm the delivery time from the delivery unit authorized by the seller;
  • The buyer checks the product and invoice, then signs the receipt and makes payment with the delivery staff;
  • The buyer has the right to refuse to receive the goods in the following cases: the shape, color, size or product code is not the same as the product the buyer ordered on the website; The value of the goods is different from the value of the order placed by the buyer on the website;
  • In case the buyer refuses to receive the goods for reasons other than the product, the buyer still has to pay shipping fees on a case-by-case basis;

HOW MANY TIMES CAN AN ORDER BE DELIVERED?

  • Orders can be delivered a maximum of 3 times (If the order is not delivered the first time, the shipping staff will contact you a second time after the next 1-2 working days. So after 3 unsuccessful transactions order will be cancelled).

WHEN RECEIVING AN ORDER, CAN I SEE THE PRODUCT BEFORE PAYING?

  • You can completely open the package to check the product before payment or before shipping leaves.
