Head of Administration & Human Resources Department
Job Description
1. Human resource management & development:
- Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and culture.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development programs to enhance workforce efficiency. Design and execute skill and competency development programs for employees.
2. Administrative management:
- Establish and maintain administrative policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage company assets, office supplies, facilities, and overall administrative operations.
- Supervise and coordinate support services such as security, cleaning, catering, and reception.
3. Corporate culture development:
- Propose and execute initiatives to foster an innovative, cohesive, and legally compliant work culture.
- Organize internal events such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
4. Legal compliance assurance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance policies, personal income tax regulations, and employee benefits.
- Handle labor law-related matters, including legal disputes, disciplinary actions, and compliance issues.
5. Compensation & Benefits policy development:
- Develop and implement fair and competitive salary, bonus, and benefits systems.
- Conduct market research to enhance employee attraction and retention policies.
6. IT dept. operations oversight:
- Manage IT infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Oversee database systems, software, and applications.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related majors.
- Work experience: Minimum of 5 years in Administration & Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge:
- Expertise in HR management, program planning, and execution.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, document management, and corporate seals.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication, negotiation, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and execution capabilities.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic English communication.
