Return policy

For products that apply a return policy, in addition to meeting warranty conditions, the following conditions must be met:

Products purchased within 3 months from the date of purchase;
The Product is a fan/motor that does not work or does not operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards;
The product must still have full packaging, foam box, and the serial number on the packaging and on the product must match; The seal on the product is intact, not torn, lost or altered.
