Household/Electrical Products Sales
Job Description
- Understand product specifications and stay up to date on new company products and industry trends.
- Work with customers and Engineers to ensure equipment meets system requirements.
- Communicate with sales team to understand consumer needs and provide sales support when needed.
- Guarantee orders, ensure product standards and ensure delivery.
- Help customers solve problems by listening to their needs and advising them on the best products and services to purchase.
- Attend conferences, lectures, seminars and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Conduct market research and collect feedback from customers to improve existing products and meet consumer needs.
- Write reports and communicate with the production team on issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with current customers and meet new customers to expand sales territory.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: minimum 02 years (household products are preferred)
Knowledge:
- Understanding/passion for technical equipment and machinery and household appliances.
Skills/Abilities:
- Good Sales and Marketing skills.
- Ability to work with others in a group.
- Ability to build customer relationships easily.
- Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value.
- High level organizational skills to maintain sales.
Personality:
- Confident and supportive, enthusiatic to persuade and sell products.
- Proactive, must be able to work independently.

- Income: Fixed salary 10-18 million VND + Commission.
- 13th month salary according to company regulations.

- Receive data support from the Head of Department and participate in major fairs to expand the market (Expo, VIIF…).
