TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Customers who come to GCool will receive dedicated guidance and advice from Sales Staff and Technical Experts and test product demos right at our agencies and distributors.
- If you are a distributor or an individual who buys and installs yourself, you will be guided by a Technical Expert on how to install the products according to the complete system posted on GCool’s official Youtube channel, with many installation instructions. Diverse forms in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical standards, supporting technology transfer to users so that the system operates safely and optimally.
- During the process of using the product, if you still have questions about how to use it, or sometimes problems occur, you can contact GCool’s Technical Expert for support and instructions on how to use it. Incidents will be guided and handled promptly so that the system can operate normally, safely and stably again.
- During the usage process, all of your problems will be seriously listened to by GCool staffs and supported to be handled quickly and promptly.
- When the product is out of warranty, if possible, GCool will still make efforts to repair, replace components or provide many other supports. If the replacement parts are of too much value, GCool will perform the repair with the best support fee to serve customers.
