Process Quality Control Engineer (QC)
Job Description
1. Establish and build a process quality management system
a. Build a system of processes, regulations, instructions and related forms.
b. Set up a system of standards and key control points to control the stages.
c. Set quality goals/KPIs for the department.
d. Develop budget, list of machinery, equipment and support resources.
2. Control and improve process quality
a. Report daily/weekly/monthly quality and key errors.
b. Perform root cause analysis and provide improvement activities with stakeholders.
c. Perform periodic compliance audits/assessments and change point control /4M.

3. Human resource management
a. Recruit, train and evaluate new personnel.
b. Make periodic training plans to improve personnel capacity and expertise.
c. Assign and arrange personnel according to work categories.
d. Handle administrative tasks related to human resources.
4. Other jobs
a. Follow the requests and directions of the Team Leader.
b. Comply with company rules and regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: University graduate or higher.
- Major: Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related majors.
- Work experience: Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable about electrical, electronic and mechanical components and products.
- Basic understanding of quality management tools: 7 tools, 5 Whys, PDCA…
- Proficient in office information technology.
- Can read drawings and use measuring devices.
- Can use foreign languages in communication and reading and understanding documents.
