Standards Specialist (QA Department Specialist)
Job Description
- Establish basic needs of new products according to sales department requirements.
- Work with the R&D department in product design, adjust product structure, and shape product quality standards from the design stage.
- Develop technical standards in the fields of mechanics, electricity – electronics, and packaging.
- Production deployment: Developing standards; Training on raw material and product standards for the Quality Control (QC) department; Improve production processes with the Engineering department.
- Assess potential risks in design and production activities, identify key points.
- Monitor production processes to comply with technical, safety and quality standards in production.
- Work with relevant parties to find causes and handle problems that arise during the production process.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: University graduate.
- Major: Mechanical – Electrical – Mechatronics
- Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of BOM, Production process
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Can use AutoCad and Solidworks design software.
- Have general knowledge of various types of production technology in the mechanical and electrical and electronic fields.
