Professional industrial design work

a. Analyze and evaluate design data

• Analyze design requirements.
• Analyze product features.
• Evaluate and select design style.
• Learn and research about user groups using the product.
• Report directly to management on preliminary design plans and basic solutions for industrial design.

b. Lead design planning, build processes, post-design evaluation and testing methods, and improve designs.

c. Give opinions on choosing the optimal design option; Participate in optimal product development across versions

d. Participate in working with domestic and foreign partners to absorb design and technology trends as well as cooperate with potential partners, thereby applying them to products;

• Qualification: University graduate
• Major: Industrial Design
• Work Experience: 01 year

Knowledge:

• Have at least 1 year of design experience, priority will be given to candidates with design experience in household products, electronics, and vehicles.
• Work with relevant departments to guide processing, select materials, colors and optimize product structure.
• Work with relevant departments to bring selected ideas to sample products.

Skills/Abilities:

• Come up with new design ideas for the assigned field/product.
• Sketch 2D ideas (Hand sketch and machine sketch using Wacom drawing board), then transfer to relevant departments to build 3D models.
• Research and apply new technologies in product design, production & assembly.
• Proficient in some specialized design software: 3Ds max, Alias, vred, NX, solidwork, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, keyshot…
• Strong skills in hand drawing, machine drawing, creating good concept drawings, having experience in designing plastic products is an advantage.
• Ability to process and create prototypes.
