SE/ASM Business Supervisor (Distributor, Store Development)
Job Description
- Visit markets/customers according to plans & sales routes.
- Deploy, promote, and monitor dealer display and sales activities.
- Monitor inventory and inventory according to sales structure.
- Collect market and competitor information: prices, promotions, sales support activities.
- Build relationships with sales staff, business owners, and agents.
- Propose sales plans and programs to ensure the continuity of business operations.
- Support, develop and expand distribution channel activities.
- Product introduction, consulting and sales.
- Responsible for sales allocated in the management area.
- Maintain regular trading status between the Company and agents.
Candidate Requirements
- Prioritize candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent level of advanced experience and/or training within a company.
- Experience: minimum 02 years.
Skills/Abilities:
- Good Sales and marketing skills
- Ability to work with others in a group
- Ability to build customer relationships easily
- Good analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Presentation skills and ability to convey product value
- High level organizational skills to maintain sales
Personality:
- Confident and supportive, enthusiatic to persuade and sell products
- Proactive, must be able to work independently

- Income: Fixed salary 10-16 million VND + Commission
